About the role
Would you like to work in sunny Barcelona and help companies successfully use digital advertising solutions? In this role, you will identify potential new customers, approach them proactively, analyse their needs, and present suitable advertising solutions. Your goal is to close successful deals and support new clients during their onboarding phase.

This role is about more than just numbers. You’ll support new customers as they get started and become part of an energetic, international team where ownership, commitment, and teamwork truly matter.

What's required?
- Very good Swedish skills, both written and spoken.
- Good English skills, both written and spoken.
- A completed Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, combined with responsibilities in business development/sales development and customer support/account management.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Strong IT and computer skills.
- Availability for at least 12 months.
- EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Spain.

You’ll receive paid onboarding and training to prepare you for your role. Depending on the project, this usually lasts 2–4 weeks, Monday to Friday during regular office hours. You’ll learn about the company, how everything works, and what your day-to-day tasks will be.
Yes, you’ll receive free company accommodation for the first month, giving you enough time to find your own place. Of course, you’ll also get support with the apartment search.
You should have at least 2 years of sales experience, combined with tasks in business development/sales development and customer support/account management.
If you rent your own apartment and the landlord allows pets, then yes, it’s possible. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the company accommodation.
No, this is a full-time position with 39 hours per week. Part-time work is not possible.
No, Spanish is not required. However, you should have strong Swedish skills and good English skills.
