As a Reservation Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling their inquiries and assisting with bookings. Your mission? Provide efficient, timely, and personalized service while ensuring a seamless reservation process. Whether via phone or email, you are confident in both Italian and English and can always find the right solution for the customer. You will be working in a modern office with a friendly atmosphere, alongside an international team that makes work both enjoyable and rewarding!
What you’ll be doing?
- Handling inbound calls and converting inquiries into bookings
- Meeting sales and quality targets set by the Market Manager and Team Leaders

What do you get?
- Your base salary will depend on your experience level, starting at €5.60 per hour (€896 per month) during the first month of training. After that, you will earn €7.61 per hour (€1,217 per month) until the probation period ends. Once you've completed probation, your salary increases to €7.87 per hour (€1,259 per month), with the potential to reach €8.34 per hour (€1,334 per month) based on performance.
- Language allowance: €1,020 per year (€85/month).
- Performance bonus of up to €2,000 per year, plus a commission structure that allows you to earn up to €3,000 annually.

What is required?
- Fluent knowledge of the Italian language (spoken and written).
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- You live in Malta or can relocate independently (no relocation package).
- Previous customer service or sales experience.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
- Flexible availability (working in shifts, Monday–Sunday, 08:00–19:00, 40 hours per week).
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Availability for at least 12 months.
