As a Reservation Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling their inquiries and assisting with bookings. Your mission? Provide efficient, timely, and personalized service while ensuring a seamless reservation process. Whether via phone or email, you are confident in both Italian and English and can always find the right solution for the customer. You will be working in a modern office with a friendly atmosphere, alongside an international team that makes work both enjoyable and rewarding!

What you’ll be doing?

  • Handling inbound calls and converting inquiries into bookings
  • Meeting sales and quality targets set by the Market Manager and Team Leaders
  • Providing excellent customer service and assisting with reservations
  • Communicating customer feedback to improve service quality
  • Tracking on-request reservations and providing effective customer support
  • Supporting other markets by handling cross-market calls
  • Handling customer complaints professionally
  • Collaborating with the team and motivating others
  • Performing ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Team Leader
