About the job
Ready to explore the world of Customer Service with Insulet? As the first point of contact for customers using an ‘insulin pod’, you will contribute to a better quality of life for diabetes patients.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Be on standby to answer questions over the phone.
- Give customers support in using products and resolve problems in a friendly manner.
- Arrange orders and shipment of products.
- Ensure that all patient documents are properly stored.

What do you get?
- A gross monthly salary between €1.050 and €1.251,83.
- Shared accommodation is made available to you. You get a private room and share the common areas, such as the kitchen, etc. Gas, water, electricity, and internet are also included.

What is required?
- Fluent Italian (spoken and written).
- Be able to speak and write English at a good level.
- Availability to live and work in Lisbon for 12 months.

During this conversation with the recruiter, your test results, motivation and skills will be discussed. They will also look at your skills and you will carry out a role interview, which you can prepare in advance.

A second phone interview will be scheduled with the recruiter and a project manager
During this conversation, they will delve deeper into the role.

Yes, you work 40 hours a week on a rotating shift schedule, which includes shifts from Monday to Sunday, spanning 24 hours a day, from 00:00 to 24:00.
You are responsible for booking and covering the costs of your flight, but after completing 9 months with the company, your money will be refunded.
