Vacancy
Imagine helping people while wearing your comfiest socks! As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll chat with Italian-speaking customers by phone, email, or chat, helping them with their questions and requests. If they run into a problem, you’ll be the friendly hero who finds a personalised solution.
Your daily tasks include:
- Answer calls, emails, and chat messages with a smile.
- Figure out what customers need and provide the right support.
- Keep track of conversations in the system.
No customer service experience? No worries! You’ll get full paid training to learn everything you need. Since you’ll join an international team, a good level of English will help you feel right at home.
You’ll complete training online, meet your new team virtually, and work comfortably from home while still being part of a positive, dynamic environment.
Note: This is a remote role, but you need to live within 100 km of Lisbon or Porto, as you may need to go to the office a few times per year.
Not in Portugal yet?
No problem! If you’re moving, you will be reimbursed for your flight to Portugal. When you arrive, you’ll get company-paid shared accommodation in Lisbon (note: this cannot be offered to candidates that would like to relocate to Porto). You will also get help to set up a bank account, get your tax number, and sort out your health insurance.

Tip: try out ‘Sneaky Sip Lisbon’, this is a hidden cocktail bar that is only accessible through a secret door behind a photo automate. Don’t forget the password: BASEMENT.
