About the role
In this role, you’ll be the friendly Danish-speaking voice passengers turn to with their questions. By phone, email, or chat, you’ll help them with bookings, upgrades, or travel issues and make sure they feel confident before stepping on board.
Some examples of calls you might get:
- “Hi, I can’t find my cabin number in my booking. Can you help me?”
- “My flight to the port has been delayed. Will I still make it in time to board?”
- “I’d like to upgrade as a surprise for my partner. Is that possible?”
You’ll work in a modern office in Porto with colleagues from all over Europe, many of whom are also starting a new adventure abroad. With paid training and coaching included, you just need a positive mindset, good communication skills, and the willingness to help others.

What do you get?
- Base salary: €1,500 gross/month (paid 14 times per year) + performance bonus (~€150). Option to spread this over 12 months = €1,750/month.
- Flight reimbursement: Up to €400 after 6 months.
- Shared housing: €280/month (private room + shared spaces, bills included).
- Paid training and coaching.
- Meal allowance: €7.23 per working day (~€150 per month).
- Help with health insurance, taxes, and opening a bank account.
- Private health insurance after 6 months.
- Free Portuguese lessons and regular social activities.
- 22 days of paid holiday + compensation for public holidays worked.
What is required?
- Native-level Danish.
- Good English skills (spoken and written).
- Friendly attitude, empathy, and clear communication.
- Comfortable using phone, email, and chat systems.
- A high school diploma is required.
- You should already have some experience in customer service.
- Available for at least 12 months.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Valid EU passport or ID.

Yes, good English skills are important because you’ll use it at work and in daily life. Ideally, you should be comfortable having conversations, understanding others, and writing clear messages (around B2 level or higher). Not sure about your level? Don’t worry, apply anyway! To work in Portugal, you need to be an EU citizen. That means you’ll need a valid passport or ID card from an EU country. Just check that it hasn’t expired.
We’ll work with you to find a start date that matches both your availability and the company’s needs.
The minimum commitment is 12 months. This gives you time to settle in, grow in your role, and enjoy life in Porto.
You’ll get paid onboarding and training, usually lasting 2–4 weeks, Monday to Friday. You’ll learn all about the company, systems, and your daily tasks. You’ll start together with other newcomers, so you won’t be alone. After the initial training, you’ll enter a “nesting” phase, which is on-the-job practice with extra support until you feel confident.
Yes! You can choose shared accommodation arranged by the company for €280/month. You’ll get a private bedroom and share furnished common areas with colleagues, with all bills included.
You should have some experience in customer service already! But you’ll learn everything else during training. What matters most is motivation, positivity, and communication skills.
Not if you choose company housing. If you prefer to rent your own place and your landlord allows pets, then yes.
No, this is a full-time position (40 hours per week).
Not at all! The only languages you need are Danish and English.
