What is required?
- Fluent in English (at least C1 level). Additional languages are an advantage.
- Experience in airline sales and services.
- Flexibility (you work in shifts from Monday – Sunday).
- Strong customer service skills.
- You know how to use MS Office packages and GDS System.
- You stay cool and productive under stress.
- You’re organised and solve problems with ease.
- You already live in Malta or are willing to move there.
- Availability for a minimum commitment of 12 months.
- You're 18 years or older.
