Vacancy
As a Customer Service Advisor, you help customers of an international company by phone, chat and email; think account access, payments, technical hiccups, or being pointed to the right place when something’s more complex than a quick fix. Depending on which project you’re placed on, that could mean supporting players with their gaming accounts, or helping people navigate a digital communication platform used across public and private services. Either way, you get a paid training period before you start for real, so you walk in prepared.
About the company
You’ll work from a modern office in Larnaca, alongside colleagues from all over Europe who support the same clients in their own languages. That international mix keeps things informal: quick access to your team lead, room to ask questions, and coworkers who’ve often packed their own bags for a new chapter abroad, just like you. Being on-site every day also means you build real connections with your team from week one.
Destination
Living in Larnaca, Cyprus
Larnaca sits on the south coast of Cyprus, a calmer and smaller city than some of the island’s bigger hubs, with a long palm-lined seafront promenade (the Finikoudes) that’s perfect for an after-work walk or a coffee by the water. The airport is a short ride away, so trips home or elsewhere in Europe are never far off. Just outside the city you’ll find the Salt Lake, known for its flamingos, and the historic centre around Agios Lazaros church is only a few minutes on foot from the seafront.
Cyprus sees more than 300 hours of sunshine a month in summer, and the island is small enough to explore in a weekend, from the Troodos mountains to the coastal road toward Limassol or Ayia Napa. With more international companies setting up here, the expat community keeps growing, so you won’t be the only one settling in.
What do you get?
- A gross monthly salary of €1,350, rising to €1,400 after 6 months.
- An uncapped monthly performance bonus. On some projects this is based on your KPIs, averaging €250 to €300 extra per month; on others it's calculated per resolved case, so it scales directly with your workload. You'll hear exactly how it works for your project during your interview.
- Help with your move to Cyprus: choose between a relocation package paid out 2-3 weeks after your start date (you arrange your own flight and housing), or a flight reimbursement plus the option to stay in company accommodation for your first two months (the first month free, with a small contribution for the second month if you stay).
- Paid training before you start for real.
- Full-time hours (40 hours/week), in shifts that run within a set window depending on the project: Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 19:30 on some projects, or Monday to Sunday between 9:00 and 21:00 (with rotating days off) on others.
- Real career stability: some projects offer a 2-year contract with the possibility of moving to a permanent one afterwards; your recruiter will confirm the exact terms for your project.
What is required?

- You are 18 years or older.
- You have EU citizenship.

Why our recruiters love this destination
From the moment I saw the first photos of the beaches in Cyprus, I knew for sure: I had to go there someday. But it wasn’t just the scenery that drew me in, it was really the whole picture.
I still often think back to an evening in Limassol, where I sat by the sea in a small taverna, ate fresh seafood, and watched the sun slowly sink into the water. The people were so warm and welcoming that I felt at home right away.
What I loved most, maybe, was the combination of that relaxed, Mediterranean atmosphere and the rich history. Whether I was wandering through the old streets of Nicosia or exploring centuries-old ruins around Paphos, there was always something special to experience.
To me, Cyprus is so much more than just a holiday destination. It’s a place where you truly celebrate life: with wonderful food, friendly people, and sunshine in abundance.
