Our main marketing goal is to become the biggest website in Europe for people to find jobs abroad. We’re already on our way to achieving this but we’re looking for someone to make this goal their own.

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key part in our leadership team and will be fully responsible for the marketing strategy, implementation and monitoring. You’ll be building our brand image, promoting our services to potential customers and candidates and reaching millions of people through our online advertising campaigns.

The main part of reaching our goal to become the most visited working abroad website is SEO & SEA. You should have vast experience in both strategies, tools and methods for these areas.

Who are we?

Working Adventures is a recruitment company helping connect adventurous individuals with big brands around Europe. We help German, Dutch, French & Scandinavian speakers find jobs in exciting locations such as Barcelona, Lisbon, Athens & Dublin.

Our whole team is remote-based so you’ll be working with colleagues from across Europe and even further!

In this hands on role you will be responsible for:

  • The complete marketing strategy and budget;
  • Ensuring that you meet the marketing objectives and targets;
  • Creating effective marketing campaigns;
  • Google Adwords campaigns;
  • The complete SEO strategy including content management, link building and technical SEO tasks;
  • Social media strategy for all brands and languages;
  • Leading the marketing team of 2 full-time marketeers and a small number of freelancers working on an hourly basis;
  • Copywriting and content creation/ management for the website and social media;
  • Analyzing market trends, preparing forecasts and reports.

We are looking for a colleague who is:

  • Self-employed (or ready to work on a freelance contract);
  • Fluent in English;
  • Extensive knowledge of different marketing strategies, software, and branding;
  • Experienced in Google Ads, WordPress, SEO, SEA, Social media;
  • Commercially focussed and an excellent communicator
  • Strong leadership abilities and looking to guide and train team members;
  • Great with data and analytics;
  • Tech-savvy.
