About the position
As an Advertiser Support Specialist, your job is to help advertisers grow and succeed using innovative and fast-moving platforms. Advertisers and agencies will contact you when they need support after purchasing ad placements or using platform tools. Your role is to make their experience better by solving technical problems, reporting system bugs, guiding users on how to use tools and features, and answering their questions.
As part of a dedicated, multilingual team, you will support advertisers from small and medium-sized businesses. You will immerse yourself in different sectors and offer tailor-made solutions that perfectly match your customers’ goals. Over time, you will become an expert in online advertising, understanding how Online Ads work and helping your clients make their marketing dreams come true. No day is the same, and that is exactly what makes this role so much fun.

What do you get?
- A gross monthly salary between €1,040.68 (with accommodation) and €1,240.67 (without accommodation).
- If you want your employer to arrange accommodation for you, a shared apartment will be made available to you. You will have a private room and share the common areas, such as the kitchen, etc.

What is required?
- Fluent Italian language skills (written and spoken).
- Good English language skills (written and spoken).
- You are available for at least 12 months.

- You have obtained your secondary education diploma.
- You do not need to speak Portuguese for this vacancy.
- Having prior experience in customer support and/or marketing is advantageous.

No, for this vacancy we are looking for a candidate who is available for at least 12 months.
Yes, for this vacancy you must be able to speak English well.
Your flight to Lisbon will be booked and paid for you. Regarding your accommodation, there are two options. You can choose to find your own accommodation or arrange accommodation through your employer. With the latter option, there will be deductions from your salary.
Do you like to use the accommodation via the employer (including gas, water, electricity and internet)? Then you earn €1,040.68 gross per month. Since your accommodation and health insurance are arranged for you, you can use all that money for fun activities in Portugal!
Prefer to find accommodation yourself or do you already live in Portugal? Then you will receive a gross monthly salary of €1,240.67.
You will need a European passport and will need to speak Italian fluently.
It is not a problem, if you do not have prior experience, but having a background in marketing or customer support can be beneficial.
If you choose accommodation through your employer, then no. If you choose to find your own home, then that is possible if your landlord allows it.

40 hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Sunday, from 06:00 am to 24:00.
